1.面粉里倒入盐。

14.牛肉用半勺盐,一瓶盖酱油,一瓶盖料酒腌制10分钟。

15.锅中倒入些油炒熟姜末牛肉盛出。

16.鸡蛋打散,倒入锅中炒至金黄色盛出。

17.锅中倒入些油烧热,倒入洋葱,番茄,青椒翻炒。

18.再倒入牛肉,鸡蛋翻炒。

19.加入盐2勺,鸡精1勺,十三香1勺,胡椒粉1勺调味。

20.吃拉条子可以直接拌着菜吃也可以和菜炒一会再次,根据喜欢来调整。
